PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Volunteer Ireland?s Corporate Partnership Programme partners with
companies to develop, plan, project manage and lead large-scale
employee volunteering activation projects often as part of global days
and weeks of volunteering. We do this by organising a variety of
hands-on DIY, virtual and skills- based volunteering opportunities
with a range of local, regional and national charities and community
partners in order to support their work and further their mission.
The Corporate Partnerships Officer (CPO) will support a small team of
contract workers and day-of-event staff to deliver these large-scale
employee volunteering partner programmes.
Many of our large-scale employee partnerships are delivered in
collaboration with the Points of Light Foundation ? a global
organisation based in the U.S. with affiliate partners in countries
around the world.
